I am an operations professional with 15 years of experience in solving problems for high-growth, tech-focused workplaces. I currently serves as Vice President at Huge in the agency’s Habitats group which oversees real estate, facilities, design and construction for their offices. An owner’s representative, I focus on the acquisition, construction and disposition of leased office properties in domestic and global hubs.

I represent my leadership at each step of the real estate process, from site selection to document review, capital planning, vendor onboarding, construction and move management. I prides myself on managing large distributed teams and properly communicating the dynamics of a project on an ongoing basis, so that stakeholders are always fully aware of their alternative choices and financial improvements.

Since joining Huge, I have completed more than 430,000sf of build-outs, 50 multi-market transactions across 10 countries . Throughout the process, I rely on my strategic planning capabilities and extensive AV knowledge to optimize a portfolio. Recently, I helped to dispose of over 5 million in lease assets and contract obligations to align with a business transformation.  My team successfully represent stakeholders’ needs to the Interpublic Group of Companies, Huge’s parent company and their sibling agencies. 

An operations veteran with more than 15 years of experience, I began my career as a Workplace Manager and later a Real Estate & Facilities Director in New York with a clear focus on employee satisfaction that fuels client growth. I currently reside in California.
